Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
This policy explains how Vladers processes personal data related to the website and application.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Julien Mery, a sole proprietor (auto-entrepreneur) and publisher of Vladers, located at 10 place du Village, 38180 Seyssins, France. SIRET: 82060339700028.
Privacy contact: tipslate.app@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
- Account data: email address, Supabase identifier, and sign-in method, including Google where selected.
- Progression data: owned cards, squad, results, level, XP, quests, packs, and preferences.
- Purchase data: purchase confirmations for virtual currency ("coins") and card packs, provided to us by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled directly by Google Payments (Google Play's billing system) or Apple.
- Security data: technical logs, IP address, and information needed to prevent misuse.
- Support data: the content of support requests and contact details voluntarily provided.
- Newsletter registration data: email address, language preference, and consent to receive news and launch information.

4. Recipients and processors
Access is limited to authorised persons and service providers needed to operate Vladers: Supabase for authentication, database, and storage on AWS infrastructure in eu-west-1; Google where the user chooses Google sign-in, and where a purchase is made via Google Play's billing system (Google Payments); Apple, where a purchase is made via the App Store; and AWS Lightsail for website hosting in the Paris region. Google and Apple act as independent controllers of the payment data they collect to process your purchase; we only receive confirmation that a purchase was made.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Vladers' primary data is hosted in the European Union. Some providers, including Google when Google sign-in is used, may process certain data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, recognised safeguards such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses are used.
6. Retention
- Account and progression data are retained while the account is active. Confirmed account deletion immediately removes associated data from the active database, subject to the technical time required for backup removal.
- No automatic deletion rule currently applies to inactive accounts. They remain stored until deleted by the user or when deletion becomes necessary.
- Technical and security logs are processed only as necessary to secure the service and prevent misuse. Their retention depends on the settings and policies of the technical providers used.
- Support and data-protection requests are retained for the time needed to handle the request and, where necessary, document that handling.
- Newsletter registration data is retained until news and launch communications are no longer relevant, or until consent is withdrawn.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Send requests to the contact above. Proof of identity may be requested only where necessary. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr.
8. Cookies and local storage
The website uses only technical elements needed for its operation and locally stores your visual preference. No non-essential advertising or analytics tool is enabled in this version. If that changes, consent will be collected before any non-essential storage is used.
9. Children
Vladers is intended for people aged 15 and over. The service does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 15. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 15 has provided personal data, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the relevant data.
10. Changes
This policy may change. Material changes will be communicated through the application or website.
